On this date, ____________ the above-described dog has been sold as NON-BREEDING Companion with
Limited Registration papers. Papers will be provided to be sent to appropriate Kennel Club, after a certificate of
spaying or neutering is received by seller within 6-9 months of purchase.
Health:
The above dog has been carefully bred and is sound in body, in excellent health, and free from disease
or disability as far as could be determined at time of purchase. Hip dysplacia is guaranteed for 26
months. Puppy must be x-rayed by that time and if hip dysplacia is found in the puppy it can be
exchanged for another puppy from a different litter and parents. Health is guaranteed for 7 days from the
date of purchase. If a current, licensed veterinarian finds genetic problems within that time, Mt. View
Weimaraner's must be notified with the conclusion on the vet's findings and a report must be send to our
address by certified letter within 24 hours of the diagnosis. The breeder reserves the right of a second
opinion. Replacement of the dog will be the breeder's choice of current stock, or expected litters. NO
CASH REFUNDS. Veterinary or other expenses incurred in connection with the care of the animal will not
be refunded. In order to maintain the limited guarantee outlined herein, the buyer must have all updated
immunizations by a licensed veterinarian. Please note the following: Puppy is not fully inoculated until
the completion of its immunization series, which consists of 3 shorts. Limited exposure to outside
environment and people/dog contact is suggested until the series is completed. The seller will not
accept any returns of the pet due to the following: Allergies, Landlor/Tenant Refusal, Marital
Problems, and or Adjustment Problems.
Vaccinations:
All puppies are current on vaccinations and worming, and will come with a written record for your
veterinarian.
Ownership Responsibilities:
The buyer agrees to maintain the dog in a humane environment and to property train, socialize and care
for it. The dog will also be properly licensed and inoculated against communicable diseases and
parasites as recommended by a qualified veterinarian. It is agreed that this animal will not be resold to a
research center, puppy farm, or pet shop, and that the seller is in no way connected with same.
Guarantee is not transferable.
We hope that you will enjoy your new puppy and that same will be able to mix well with your family
members and any other pets you might have. Please let us know how your are doing.
Puppy Delivery
A personal check in fine for the deposit; however, the balance due for a puppy must be paid in cash. If
the buyer insists on paying the balance with a personal check, possession of the puppy will not be
relinquished to the buyer until 10 business days after the check is deposited to be sure it won't be
returned, so it would be advisable to mail the check two to three weeks before you plan to pick up the
puppy.
Deposit
A deposit of $200.00 will hold the puppy color/gender of your choice. If the puppy you requested is not
among the litter, but there are puppies of another gender or color, that are not reserved by others at the
time of birth, you may change your preference, or you will remain on the waiting list for a puppy from the
next litter due.
Your deposit is non-refundable. There are many reasons for this:
Potential buyers will be turned away when the waiting list gets full, so if people with reserved pups
change their mind it could leave us with puppies that have no homes.
We spend a lot of our time answering your questions, and our time is very valuable. If you decide not to
buy a puppy from us, after you have given us a deposit, you will have gotten a lot of free information to
use on a puppy you might purchase from another breeder, and that really is not fair to us.
We have no control of Mother Nature, and if the litter is smaller than normal, there isn't anything we could
have done to prevent that. We plan to breed 4-5 females per year, so the wait to get another puppy
should not be more than 3-6 months. That isn't too long to wait for the right family member. If you are not
that patient, you don't need a puppy.
If you are not 100% serious about buying a Mt. View Weimaraner puppy, we do not want to sell you one of
our babies.
Puppies that are to be delivered must be paid for in full, including transportation fees, before they reach 3
weeks of age. We will deliver no puppy who is not already paid for, because we can't risk making the trip
and the buyer not show up. However, we prefer for all buyers to pick up their puppy directly from us.
This will allow you to see the parents of the puppy and you might have a chance to pick-out your
puppy.
All parties are in full agreement with the above and show good faith by adding their signatures and dating
this document.
