Health Guarantee

All puppies will be guaranteed for 26 months for any genetic defects of the hips.  Such defect   will
entitle the owner to a new puppy from another breeding which is acceptable to both buyer and
breeder.  Buyer must furnish veterinary receipts and medical records indicating the defects and
must be certified by the OFA that said puppy does have hip dysplacia.  Breeder has the right to have
additional examinations done by a vet or clinic of breeder's choice.

The guarantee is valid only if the following requirements are met.

  1. A well puppy exam must be completed within 7 days after delivery of puppy.
  2. Complete and accurate health records are maintained for a period of 26 months which
    include all preventive care such as vaccinations/worming etc.
  3. Evaluation of hips will be completed by OFA when the puppy is between 24-26 months of
    age.  This will be done at the owner;'s expense.
  4. In the event of a genetic defect covered by this guarantee, a detailed letter from your
    veterinarian describing the exact nature of the illness or injury.

Evaluation of the hips by OFA with results of Fair, Good, or Excellent are recognized as normal hips
and an OFA number will be assigned.  These ratings are recognized as healthy hips and will not be
eligible for a new puppy.

If the puppy has sustained health problems resulting from injury, or mistreatment or neglect, after
leaving the Seller, the Seller will not assume responsibility for it. Sometimes health issues might  
arise after the puppy leaves us. Mt View Weimaraners will not assume responsibility for any
veterinary bills or other expenses incurred by the purchaser on behalf of the dog after the dog has
left sellers premises.
